When can I expect to receive my order?
To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Greenhaus Gardening ships products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. As a result, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to.
Processing your order takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
The expected delivery time has passed — where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, orders can sometimes be delayed.

What does delivery cost?
When you order from Greenhaus Gardening, you always get free delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
Greenhaus Gardening always offers secure payments.
We use the most commonly used payment services: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Products are missing from my order — how is this possible?
Some orders are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers.
If you order more than one product at a time, the products may not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
It is unfortunately possible that your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this.
In that case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@greenhaus-gardening.com
It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to the email. You cannot return the product without providing us with the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find an appropriate solution for you in that case.
Our customer service will handle your message as quickly as possible and look for the best possible solution together with you.
This also applies if you purchased the wrong product, if it doesn't suit you, or if you no longer want it.
Please first contact our customer service (info@greenhaus-gardening.com). We will see what the best solution is for you. If that doesn't work out, you will only pay the shipping costs to send the product back to us.
