Delivery Information
Delivery countries: We currently offer shipping to the following country: United States
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been registered in our system and we have started processing it.
Order Tracking
You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:
If the order is placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time, it will be processed the same day:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Costs
We offer free express shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout. All eligible orders are delivered free of charge directly to your door.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and delivery times have been exceeded and your order has still not arrived, don't worry. Please wait two additional days and check your tracking number. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Did you receive your package but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, etc.)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain the situation and contact us with your order number.
